Hi! My name is Toni and I am the artist behind TLC Nails.

 

I have been doing nails since 2015 when I enrolled in The Foundation Certificate in Nail Technology through Monaco Nail Academy. I graduated early 2016 and I opened a humble home-based salon.

 

In 2017 I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and entered the New Zealand Nail Competitions, taking out first place in the Sculpted French Acrylic (Novice) category! I was so shocked and just a little bit proud of myself that all my hard work was paying off and had been recognised by international judges.

 

Not long after I took the plunge and went full time with my business, moving my home-based salon to within R&R Skin Care Clinic in Rothesay Bay and have been there ever since. I specialise in natural nail health and nail art, advising the best products for your nails to assist with strengthening and growth.

 

Please note that I work ‘by appointment only’ and appointments can book up quickly. Make sure that if you need some gorgeous nails for a specific date that you book ahead to avoid disappointment!
