Terms & Conditions.

Booking:

  • The easiest way to book an appointment is through the online booking system here.

  • Please note that I do not answer the phone while with a client. Please text me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

  • If you cannot book online, you can text, Facebook message or Instagram message me to arrange a booking.

 

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of $40 which must be paid before your next appointment can be made.

  • Cancellations or reschedules on the same day and no shows will be charged the full appointment amount and must be paid before your next appointment can be made.

  • Any deposits made are NON REFUNDABLE and if you cancel (even prior to the 48 hour period) the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Lateness to Appointments:

  • If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment, you will have to reschedule and you will be treated as a no show with the full appointment fee charged which must be paid before your next appointment can be made.

 

Guarantee:

  • I can guarantee your nails after 5 days from your appointment.

  • Within these 5 days, I will do repairs free of charge as long as there is no ‘foul play’ suspected. This guarantee is to cover my work as I always want you to feel like you have the best quality work on your nails!

  • Outside of the 5 day period, you will either have to wait for your next appointment or pay for a ‘repair’. Repair costs depend on the service required. Please contact me to give you a quote.

  • All repair appointments are subject to availability.

 

Aftercare Advice:

  • Wear protective gloves when gardening, washing up or doing house work.

  • Prolonged exposure to water and chemicals can cause lifting and chipping.

  • Dry hands thoroughly after washing

  • Use cuticle oil and hand moisturiser daily (twice a day is better!)

  • Do not use your nails at tools. “Nails are jewels not tools!”

  • Anything that puts extra pressure on your nails can cause them to weaken and break or lift.

  • Do not pick or pull off your polish or enhancements.

  • If lifting occurs, please contact me to book an appointment as soon as possible to prevent any damage to your natural nails.

  • Maintenance appointments should be made every 2-3 weeks to ensure that your natural nails stay in optimum condition.

 

Kids:

  • I have a very strong NO KIDS/BABIES policy in the salon while you have your appointment. This is for the safety of you, your child and also me and my products. The salon has a lot of chemicals which can be dangerous when incorrectly used.

  • I will not apply gel polish on anybody under the age of 12.

Products:
•    All product sales through the website must be paid via debit/credit card.
•    Once payment has been made, the order is final.
•    Every order will receive a tracking number with the courier. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of TLC Nails.
•    Refunds will only be offered for faulty products. Not for change of mind so please choose carefully.
